POSITION SUMMARY: The executive is responsible for directing the activities of the market/division to produce profitable growth in loans, deposits and fee income. This entails recruiting and supervising various personnel and dealing with customers and their needs. Other responsibilities include preparing/reviewing division reports, ensuring compliance with rules and regulations, and representing the bank in the community. The executive will have frequent interaction with executive management and the Board of Directors. He/she will also have extensive contact with existing customers, prospects and business leaders in the community.
The executive must have strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently. He/she must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Keys to success include initiative; creativity; the ability to lead, delegate and supervise effectively; and experience in developing strong business relationships.
