SUMMARY:
Primary financial officer for the bank and the holding company, and a member of the senior management team and several management level committees.
Responsible for all regulatory and financial reporting, financial and profitability analysis, financial risk management, budgeting and strategic financial planning.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other relevant business field.
Minimum of 5 years of bank financial management experience.
