Citizens Bank and Trust Company announced today that Debra Sheffield has joined the bank’s team as its Senior Operations Officer. Debra has been a local community banker for the past 27 years, serving in leadership roles for the majority of that time.

Debra is married to Kim Sheffield. They have one daughter, Gabby, one son Taylor and one daughter in law Kate.
