In order to manage the number of people in our lobbies at one time and minimize the risk to everyone, please call your branch to schedule a time for lobby access to conduct transactions which cannot be completed in our drive-up facilities or via electronic channels, including commercial change orders and safe deposit box access. Please contact your banker to coordinate loan transactions, most of which can be completed using electronic channels. Please also utilize our ATMs and our internet (www.citizensga.com) and mobile banking channels for access to account information and transaction processing.
