In partnership with the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Great Oaks Bank will host a Kids Fishing Rodeo on Saturday, June 5 2021 at the Stuckey’s Pavilion in Eastman. Plan to join us for a fun kid fishing event. DNR has stocked the lake with channel catfish for youth 16 and under to catch. Participants should bring rods, reels, tackle and bait. Don't forget the worms!
Registration is from 7- 8 am with fishing from 8–11 am. Raffle items and prizes for the biggest fish and the most total weight in various age groups will be awarded. Lunch will be provided following the rodeo.
