(Richmond Hill, GEORGIA)— The Board of Directors of Great Oaks Bank announced today that its corporate headquarters and main office has been relocated to 42 Town Centre, Richmond Hill, Georgia. The previous main office location, 5101 Fifth Avenue, Eastman, Georgia, will continue as its Middle Georgia regional headquarters and primary operations center. There are no changes in the services provided or staffing at either office.
Board Chairman Mike Odom shared the following statement regarding this change. “The relocation of our main office and headquarters has been planned for several quarters. It recognizes the dynamic market opportunities in the coastal Georgia area and the bank’s rapid growth in the coastal area since 2019. Further, the recently elected senior leaders of the bank, Jon Seagraves and Brad Brookshire, are located in Richmond Hill and our loans are concentrated in coastal Georgia markets. It is logical, as we continue to grow and build visibility and value for our customers and stakeholders, that our main office be positioned where our greatest future potential resides. Eastman and Middle Georgia are strong, stable, and vitally important, but slower growth markets. We are not abandoning our roots; we are taking steps to strengthen our bank, solidify our future, and support our entire footprint more effectively.”
The corporate headquarters of Great Oaks Financial Holdings, Inc., the bank’s parent company, has also been relocated to Richmond Hill.
