(Pooler, Georgia) - Great Oaks Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of April S. Brackin as Office Manager of the Savannah Quarters branch. Brackin brings more than 16 years of progressive experience in banking and financial services, with a proven track record in leadership, customer relationship management, and community engagement.
In her new role, Brackin will oversee daily branch operations, lead staff development, and continue Great Oaks Bank’s commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship-driven banking. Her background includes extensive experience in branch management, regulatory compliance, consumer and small business lending, fraud prevention, and business development.
Brackin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Saint Leo University, an Associate of Applied Science in Human Services from Honolulu Community College, and a Consumer Lending Certification from the Community Bankers Association of Georgia.
