Lee Lister SVP, Middle Georgia Market Executive

Leighton “Lee” Lister serves as Middle Georgia Market Executive, where he is responsible for overseeing customer relationships, business development, and strategic growth across the bank’s Eastman, Cochran, and Rhine offices. Prior to joining Great Oaks Bank, Lee managed an extensive agricultural loan portfolio at AgGeorgia Farm Credit.

A graduate of the University of Georgia, Lee holds both a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and a Master of Agribusiness. He has also served as a Congressional Agriculture Fellow in the office of former U.S. Senator Johnny Isakson and contributed to leadership development with Georgia Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA). Lee is an active member of several local organizations, including the Cochran-Bleckley Chamber of Commerce, the Eastman Rotary Club, and the Eastman Lions Club. He is also a member of the Georgia Bankers Association (GBA) Agriculture Committee, where he previously served as Vice Chair.

A native of Cochran, Lee now resides in Kathleen with his wife, Krista, and their son, Wilder. The family enjoys traveling, spending time with friends, and cheering on UGA athletics.
