If you’re tired of a lot of paper cluttering up your home, Great Oaks Bank’s eStatements might be the right option for you! With eStatements, you can view the previous 12 months* of statements right on your computer through our Online Banking platform. You also have the flexibility to save the statements to your computer or print them if the need arises. These statements are identical to your printed statements and include the check images.

If you would like to sign up and are already an Online Banking customer, go to the Preferences tab. Under Internet Banking Options, click Opt In Agreements / Policies. Here, you will find our eStatement Consent and Agreement. After reading this agreement, click Opt In. We’ll receive a notification and make the change to eStatements for your accounts.

For anyone who isn’t already enrolled in Online Banking, enrollment is required. Click on the Enroll link in the Online Banking section located on the upper right side of this page. Once you have completed and submitted the enrollment form, we will review it for security purposes before activating your account. This usually will be done by the next business day. Upon your first logon, you will be asked to Opt In for eStatements. When that selection is made, we will be notified and make the correct changes to your account.

*eStatements will be generated from the time you enroll forward with a maximum of 12 months of statements accumulating to be viewed on demand. Paper statements previously generated will not be viewable as an eStatement.
